Return policy:

Our goal is to make sure that each customer is 100% satisfied with his order. That's why we guarantee satisfaction with every product we sell. If you are not happy with the purchased product, we gladly accept it back. Once we receive the product back, you have the option to replace it with another product or refund. The buyer has the right to notify in writing or by telephone to the seller that he renounces the purchase without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 7 calendar days of receiving the package bearing only the costs of transport (round trip) of the products.

The CUSTOMER is informed that, in case the products whose return shows damaged or incomplete packaging, traces of wear, scratches, bumps, missing accessories, we reserve the right to decide to accept the return or to stop an amount of the value of the product, the amount that will be communicated after the evaluation of the damages caused. Please fill in the required data in the Return Form after sending the products you want to return. After receiving the package we will contact you for resolution as soon as possible.

Conditions to be observed:

• In order to be able to return the full amount, the products must be in their original condition, unused and undamaged.
• Please do not send the package with cash on delivery, as we will not accept it.
• https://www.schwinncycling.eu/ does not support and does not refund delivery costs.
• Delivery costs (Round Trip) are outsourced services to collaborating courier companies.
• Returns are not accepted for products sold as customized products according to Ordinance 130/2000, Chapter 2, Article 10, point C.

Possible problems: wrong product, incomplete order, damaged transport product, etc. For such conditions, we are committed to resolving the situation at no additional cost to the customer.

Step 4: Wait until the product reaches us, then we will process it. It usually lasts between 24-72 hours.
 

PRODUCT NOT DELIVERED (REFUSED)

If a product is returned by the courier because the delivery and collection from the courier's warehouse failed, we reserve the right to retain the value of the transport fee (18 Ron) and the value of the return fee (18 Ron).
